Processing Timeframe:

• All items are made to order by our manufacturer-Standard processing can take approximately 1-2 weeks and shipments may require additional time. 

• Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and cleared of payment before our warehouse starts production. 

• If you have a .com profile you can view your order status and tracking updates once signed in to your profile.

• If you checked out as a guest your order status updates will be sent via email.

Free Shipping:

• Shipping times may vary depending on location. Please note that orders to the US may take 5-10 business days from the date it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping destinations:

• We offer worldwide shipping. For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or DHL to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected to meet shipping requirements.

Shipping cost:

• We offer free shipping for orders over $65.
• Orders under $65 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both US & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Shop Pay checkout & PayPal. 
• We also offer Shop Pay installments at the piont of checkout. 

Please note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is international.  

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 10-day Return & Exchange Policy due to the on going COVID-19 sanitation procedure.

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or exchange of the item.
• Timing: we have a 10-day Return & Exchange Policy, from the day item was delivered.
• All sale items are final.
• All Swimwear is final sale. 
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@mvnthelabel.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's original form of payment used on the order. 

Orders can be canceled if the order has not been fulfilled yet. Please reach out to us at support@mvnthelabel.com as soon as you can to request a canceled order. Regrettably, once your order has been fulfilled this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to: 

• Adding/Removal of Items

• Change in Color/Size of Items

• Adding/Removal of a Discount Code

• Billing or Shipping Address Update

• Order Cancellation Request

• Shipping Method Change
